The Process
Signature Edition metal prints use dye-sublimation printing technology to infuse a very high quality, high definition image directly onto a specially prepared aluminum panel. A digital image is printed onto a high resolution transfer medium. It is then matched in careful registration against a Chromalux aluminum panel, scientifically engineered for maximum image performance and longevity. The image is then pressed onto the aluminum under high pressure and heat, causing the inks to infuse into the metal.
The result is an image with a porcelain like finish, durable, scratch resistant, archival and with colors so rich and brilliant they appear to be back lit.
Custom framing optional
No Expensive Framing Required
Signature Edition metal prints do not require picture framing, saving you hundreds of dollars of added expense. Designed with an incorporated white mat and/or a simulated frame edge (shown), or an image that extends to the edge of the print, your metal print is shipped ready to hang.
